About Us
Canine Companion Consulting is the premier, full-service canine training team in Northern Colorado.
Beth and Wayne have been training canines, one human at a time, using positive, research-based methods since 2007. Beth is a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (CDBC) through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), an Elite Fear Free Certified Pet Professional, Aggression in Dogs Certified, Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer (CSAT), and has a graduate degree in behavior. Wayne has a graduate degree in education. Together, they will help you better understand your canine’s behavior as well as how to modify it through positive dog training. Beth and Wayne, a husband and wife team, attend most of their remote training, group classes, and private sessions together, so you get two trainers for the price of one!
After every private session, whether in-studio or remote, you get an individualized canine consultation report that captures the main points of the session so you always have something to refer to. The report can also be sent to any other pet professionals that are involved in your canine’s care, with your consent. This way your veterinarian, dog walker, or daycare providers are aware of the behaviors you are working to change and can easily follow along.
Beth and Wayne are always responsive and follow up with you after every session. They are always just an email, text, or phone call away to discuss your progress and your questions. With availability days, evenings, and weekends they are always there for you. Their goal is to help you achieve understanding and have an enhanced relationship with your Canine Companion.
